Shipping & Returns Policy

We take every measure to ensure all orders are packaged to withstand their journey. Unfortunately, NZ Post does not insure glassware or very breakable items like ceramics so although we undertake every care to get it to you safely, it will be at your own risk. Please get in touch if you wish to discuss an alternative.

 

New Zealand Delivery Timeframes

Expected delivery within 1 – 3 days.

Please allow an extra day for rural and South Island delivery.

 

If you are not satisfied with one of your products at the time you receive it, or if one of our products does not perform to your satisfaction, you may return it to us within 14 days for a replacement or exchange. Please get in touch and we will talk you through the process.
