As part of their daily operations, they embrace the principles of the World Fair Trade Organisation, of which they are a member. They are committed to improving the livelihoods of the disadvantaged people within our reach through equitable trade practices, fair employment, public accountability, progressive management and the promotion of social justice. They strive to create conditions that are safe, encourage personal growth and development, respect cultural identity and believe the world can be a better place for all and therefore observe a code of transparency in cooperation with others who pursue this endeavour.
